Founder & Creative Director

Hi, I'm Sam, founder of Arden House.

Creating meaningful gatherings has always been second nature to me. From planning celebrations for family and friends to spending the past decade directing and managing a performing arts academy, I've built my career around bringing people together through memorable experiences. Along the way, I've planned community events, performances, dinner and birthday parties, and celebrations of all sizes, developing a meticulous eye for detail while never losing sight of the atmosphere and purpose behind each event.

My wedding career began in 2021, where I had the privilege of coordinating weddings and private events at one of the Lower Mainland's premier golf venues, and helped couples bring their vision to life with calm, organized support and genuine hospitality. I founded Arden House with the belief that every couple deserves to be fully present on their wedding day, knowing that every detail is being cared for with intention, professionalism, and heart.

When I'm not planning events, you'll likely find me with a good book, at the theatre, or gathering friends around the table.

Hi, I'm Jessica!
I've always loved the stories behind life's biggest moments and the way thoughtfully planned events bring people together. With a background in marketing, social media, and creative strategy, I enjoy finding meaningful ways to capture the heart of each celebration and share what makes every event unique. 
 For more than ten years, I've directed and created content for a local theatre company, where I discovered just how much care, collaboration, and creativity go into creating memorable experiences. Whether I’m designing productions, working on photography projects, or creating content, I love capturing genuine moments! 
 At Arden House, I have the privilege of bringing all those passions together by sharing the stories of our couples and events. I love showcasing the heart behind everything we do. For me, every celebration is unique, and it's incredibly rewarding to help preserve and share those moments in a way that feels genuine and true to each client.

Hi, my name is Sarah!

 I’ve had a passion for planning celebrations for as long as I can remember. What began as a childhood love for bringing people together has grown into a career doing what I truly enjoy.

 Over the years, I’ve helped plan bachelor and bachelorette parties, engagement parties, birthdays, weddings, and many other milestone celebrations. Alongside my private event experience, I’ve also built my career planning corporate and government events, giving me the opportunity to manage complex logistics and coordinate events for more than 300 guests.

 I take pride in staying organized, anticipating challenges before they arise, and ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering, a wedding, a corporate function, or a large-scale celebration, I believe every event deserves thoughtful planning and exceptional attention to detail. No event is too big or too small, and I’m here to help with whatever level of support you need.
